TVS Television Network has launched the TVS Video Circus on You Tube and on the TVS Select Network on the Watch Your.TV platform, powered by Tulix. The first act at the virtual circus is worldwide record breaking strongman Mighty Gonzales, who has set 23 world records with Guinness and Ripley's.
